As the Director of Community Connections for The Rose Theater, one of the nation's largest and most accomplished children's theaters, Isaiah leads with a cool and professional demeanor, driving transformative experiences for audiences of all ages.
With a background as a Resident Director and Outreach Director for Chino Community Children's Theater, Isaiah's artistic journey has been defined by his unwavering dedication to fostering inclusivity and amplifying marginalized voices. Having studied Communications and Political Science, he possesses a unique blend of creative artistry and strategic thinking, fueling his mission to empower others through the power of theater. Isaiah's passion for creating positive change extends beyond the stage. As a graduate of The Young Americans College of the Performing Arts, he received a Certificate in Music Outreach, embarking on a national tour where he not only showcased his talents but also served as an educator, inspiring and teaching youth from all corners of the United States. Championing the cause of uplifting BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) voices and celebrating diverse art expressions, Isaiah has dedicated his career to shining a spotlight on the Latin community in a positive and authentic manner.
